Are you seeking your newest role in Customer Service? This exciting new position with a well-established company in the medical field, located in the Loudwater area is searching for skilled individuals who are clear-spoken and confident on the phone!
This role will involve keeping regular contact with customers who have purchased company products, conducting outbound calls to keep them informed of the delivery progress. It will also consist of speaking with customers who will be going in for surgeries, so it is important to keep an empathetic tone when discussing sensitive topics. Successful candidates will be required to meet high call volumes, so ideal applicants will be confident in their ability to quickly and successfully navigate conversations while keeping customer satisfaction to the maximum.
This role is an ongoing contract, with the possibility of lasting for an extended period of time. There are flexible shift times for this position of 09:00 – 17:00 and 10:00 – 18:00, and there is even onsite parking for candidates who can drive!
