An outstanding Administrator is needed to join a leading Medical/Healthcare company in Loudwater, Bucks.
Working within the Company's Governance, QA & Regulatory Affairs team, you'll be involved in maintaining an effective documentation system supporting quality and regulatory standards within the business. This will involve:
Job responsibilities:
Management and co-ordination of technical documentation reviews and retention
Supporting technical query requests and supplier assessment reviews
Support / participate in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document reviews
Actively participate in continuous improvement processes such as Corrective Action, Change Control etc
You'll be trained and supported to develop skills necessary to conduct internal audits and assist with hosting audits by external regulatory bodies/customersIf you're interested in developing your career, you'll also be given support and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications within Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs.
Key Skills Required:
You'll be detail orientated with a keen eye for accuracy and demonstrate good written communication skills
The ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to effectively plan and organise your workload
Good MS Office skillsThis role would ideally suit candidates with Documents Control experience within a Quality Assurance / Compliance or Regulatory Affairs environment, particularly in the Pharma/Medical Devices or Healthcare sectors.
