My client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales team in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire.
The Internal Sales Executive role will involve:
* Working closely with the external sales team to grow sales with new and existing customers
* Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
* Making regular calls to existing and prospective customers to follow up opportunities
* Process orders and support the customer throughout the complete sales cycle
* Aid in identifying opportunities for new products
* Identify competitors
* Develop a detailed product knowledge for new and existing products, then promote these, develop associated leads and opportunities.
The ideal Internal Sales Executive should be:
* Friendly, self-motivated, enthusiastic with a good telephone manner.
* You need to be computer literate
* A strong team player who shows commitment while working together with colleagues and adding value to achieve success.
* You must be resilient with a professional work ethic and a motivation to succeed.
* A background in Internal Sales within an office environment would be advantageous and a track record of customer relationship management.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Salary 25 to 28K depending on skills and experience
