Our client in Long Crendon is looking for a Jig Team Leader to join their team in the Factory, on a temp to perm basis starting ASAP.

The work involves overseeing the Jig Manufacture, keeping the team performing to the right level of quality and speed to ensure the production targets are hit. will involve ‘hands on’ so manual handling, yard work, and assisting with the assembly of roof / floor trusses.

* Contribute to all stages of the manufacturing process when required

* work in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met with a focus on quality and efficiency

* have hands-on operations responsibility

* have a willingness to learn and follow all H&S procedures

Hours are Mon -Thurs (Apply online only) and Friday (Apply online only), £10.50 per hour to start, and following 12 successful weeks work there is the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
