Sales/Admin Assistant
Reporting to the UK Director and working alongside different members of the team, the successful candidate will assist in several different aspects of the business. The scope of the role is quite varied and will involve a number of different aspects, from standard administration tasks to organizing international imports & exports. The role will also include using SAP software for the entering sales and purchase orders, liaising with customers regarding delivery and collection of hire equipment, compiling price lists, some involvement in marketing (mailshots, social media & website).
Day to Day Tasks
* Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls
* Processing email sales enquiries
* Sales Order processing
* Goods dispatch processing
* Maintaining records of quotations and quotations follow ups
* Purchase order processing
* Organizing UK and International shipping
* General office admin duties – e.g. photocopying
Essential
· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
· Excellent attention to detail
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Ability to manage priorities
· Good computer skills
· Time management and organisational skills
Advantageous
· Hire Controller experience
· UK & International shipping experience
· Experience working with SAP software
Salary Competitive – negotiable

Hours 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday (flexible)
