Our client, a leading market supplier within the drinks industry, are currently looking to hire an experienced Administrator on a permanent basis.

Based near Long Crendon, this company has been in business for over 300 years and has a high staff retention rate. Due to the location, your own form of transport is required to commute to work.
The Role:
• Administer and maintain the system data for all customers and products.
• Creation of Customers and materials onto system and creation and setting up of factory order template for supply chain partners.
• Complete the ‘Blue Box’ process for the maintenance of “gold standard” samples of new products and ensure that all relevant documentation is completed to allow for the completion of the associated project.
• Update and maintain the Tooling / Sample Set Log.
• Maintenance / Update of Customer and Materials following changes of details, specifications and prices.
• Oversee the closure of non-buying customers and completing the Product Obsolescence process.
• The Administrator post-holder will offer support in identifying both lapsed customers and potentially obsolete products.
This is an important role to ensure the quality, control and compliance of the companies’ product before customer delivery.

• Computer literate – Excel essential
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong business focus
The ideal candidate will have a methodical and meticulous approach with excellent analytical skills. They will be process driven, pay attention to detail, be numerate, proficient in Excel, and have an ability to communicate at all levels and internationally. It would be beneficial to understand Coral – Draw, Illustrator and Solidworks, as these are the most used software when producing products.
The Reward:
• Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

• 23 days holidays + bank Holidays and Xmas holiday.
• 8% company contributory pension scheme.
• Salary range: £24,000 – £27,000
