Our client, a Global moving company, are looking for an experienced International Move Coordinator to join their growing team in Middlesex.

This is an excellent opportunity to join this International Company who can offer a long term career path.

It is essential that you have worked in a removals background before as well as being a fluent German speaker.

You will be looking after many of the client’s German clients and will manage the whole moving process for them to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.

This position is Monday to Friday and you can expect to earn up to £30k plus benefits.

Main Duties of the International Move Coordinator:

Receive initiations and arrange pre move surveys
Communicate by telephone with the transferees, advising them on customs regulations, shipping allowances, transit time etc.
Costing the moves and ensuring that the assignee remains within his shipping allowance
Coordinate entire move process from initiation to completion
Obtaining all relevant customs forms and protection cover documentation in a timely manner
Produce all agent paperwork in a timely and accurate fashion
Provide status update to accounts
Produce sales invoices in a timely manner
Experience needed for the International Move Coordinator:

2 years’ experience within a similar role
Excellent communication skills
German Language skills
