Ashley Kate is working with a growing Events company in their search for a HR/Talent Director on an initial 6 month FTC.
 
This role is based in Marlow but offers hybrid working.
 
Salary is up to £70k for the right candidate.
 
This is a great opportunity for an experienced senior HR/Talent professional to go in and make the role their own.
 
The role will involve –
 
·Leading on ensuring the resourcing function embraces the global complexity and diversity and drives the identification, attraction and appointment of talent.
·Management of Heads of Departments to collectively deliver high quality recruiting services
·Active involvement with recruiting staff, across multiple disciplines
·Management of proactively developing and improving the existing recruitment practices, with policies, strategies and systems, incorporating; planning, attraction and assessment internationally
·Responsible for the implementation of a new ATS system
