CV Screen is currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire. You will join an experienced team of recruiters who will mentor you and help you develop your career in the recruitment industry.

The role will be office based for a minimum of 3 days a week with a basic salary of up to £18,000 plus commission available, total earnings in Year 1 will be in the region of £25,000.

CORE DUTIES

–       Interviewing candidates
–       Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and CV Databases.
–       Writing adverts
–       Updating company database.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:

–       Excellent communication skills.
–       Strong organisational skills are essential.
–       You will ideally be educated to Degree Level (Subjects of particular interest would be Sports Science, Geography, Economics, Human Resources, Business Studies or Marketing), but we’re happy to consider candidates from different backgrounds who can demonstrate a strong desire to succeed in the recruitment industry.

LOCATION
Little Chalfont / Amersham (Free Parking on site) – currently 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Commute from High Wycombe / Rickmansworth / Chesham / Watford / Beaconsfield

SALARY
Up to £18,000 + Commission (realistic OTE is £25k in Year 1)

9am to 5:30pm (5pm finish on a Friday)
