CV Screen is looking for a part-time Recruitment Consultant to work around 25 hours per week. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience as a Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a part-time role between the hours of 9am and 3pm.

We are based in Little Chalfont / Buckinghamshire and we are looking for candidates to be based within 30 minutes of the office. We would ideally like candidates to be office based for 1 to 2 days per week.

JOB PURPOSE
You will recruit for a wide range of companies within the IT, Finance and Marketing sectors.

DUTIES

Search CV database to find suitable candidates for live vacancies.
Running automated email marketing campaigns to highlight relevant roles to candidates.
Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability to roles.
Maintaining the CRM.
Writing job adverts and posting them to relevant job boards.
Ensure that candidates are always kept up to date with the recruitment process.
BACKGROUND
We are ideally looking for a candidate with previous recruitment experience who is seeking a part-time role.

REQUIREMENTS
A background in Recruitment with proven experience of resourcing candidates from CV databases.
Excellent organisational skills.
Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter would be desirable.

HOURS
Ideally 9am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

SALARY
Up to £18,000 for 25 hours per week.
Commission (OTE is around the £26,000 in year 1)

25 Days Holidays (plus Bank Holidays)

LOCATION
Little Chalfont / Buckinghamshire plus home working.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who will be able to get into the office once or twice a week.
