Recruitment Consultant 
No cold calling / great working environment

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant who loves the service delivery aspect of recruitment, as our role involves account management and service delivery, but no cold calling!

Based in Amersham (although currently we are operating part office, parly at home), you'll work on live vacancies from day one, and there’s no cold calling required as we have referrals and a great number of inbound roles to work on. We have a superb office with a Beach Hut as a meeting room, Table Football, Dartboard, JukeBox and a relaxed working environment.

You will receive excellent mentoring and support, and we anticipate that you will earn in excess of £30,000 in Year one. The experienced Recruiters within the business typically earn in excess of £50,000, and excellent prospects exist for the successful candidate.

Your role will involve advertising vacancies, interviewing candidates and organising interviews and offers. This role is very much about service delivery and account management, so excellent relationship building skills are required. The ideal candidate will have experience within a Recruitment role (ideally a resourcer looking to take on more responsibility).

You will join a Team of 6, and you will be responsible for recruiting for organisations throughout the UK. You will hire for a wide range of permanent roles, predominantly in IT, Finance and Marketing.

What are we looking for?

The Recruitment Consultant / Junior Account Manager will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
– Has previously worked in a Recruitment environment in either a Resourcer or Service Delivery role.
– Educated to Degree Level (Subjects of particular interest would be Sports Science, Geography, Economics, Human Resources, Business Studies or Marketing) but we’ll consider all Subjects (providing you’ve got an interest in a career in Recruitment)
– Excellent communication skills and strong Account Management abilities.
– Strong organisational skills are essential.

Salary
Up to £20,000 + Commission (realistic OTE is £30k in Year 1 and £35k in Year 2, with Senior Consultants with 5 years+ experience earning £50k+)
