We currently have a brand new role in from one of our Clients in Little Chalfont.

Ideally the client is looking for TWO temporary candidates who will be :

* Using Microsoft office based applications (word, excel) and other bespoke systems such as our patient/clinical system – to book patients into clinical appointments, by telephone

* Providing great customer care and experiences

* Be a team player

* Be able to pick new skills up quickly and work with a degree of autonomy but have a strong support structure around them if needed

Ideally the right person will be three days a week in the office and at home two days per week. The role will be required on site initially for training and familiarisation but there will be scope to work some days from home.

* A successful candidate will require a DBS check. If you don’t have one, the client is prepared to do that on your behalf. If you have one but it is out of date – this would be good for a top up

I am looking for candidates who will work full time (37.5 hours) and for an initial contract period of 4 months – starting asap.

Ideally you will be working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm but there will be shared shifts as time goes on to help with the opening and close 8:30am-4:30pm and 10am-6pm.

There is also an opportunity to work on Saturdays, if you are interested let me know.
