We are currently recruiting for an exciting new Administrative position in the Little Chalfont area. This role will consist of working with the Booking team and will involve processing customer information and ad hoc administrative duties:
* Processing recorded customer correspondence on the in-house CRM
* Booking customer visits to various company sites nation-wide
* Speaking with customers regarding any questions they may have
The ideal candidate must:
* Be comfortable in using the phone, clear-spoken and confident when speaking to customers
* Be proficient in the basic use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and be able to comfortably navigate a CRM system – training will be provided on bespoke systems
