Our client based in Iver, are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive on a permanent contract.
We are seeking a passionate candidate who is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive who is looking for the next step in their sales career. This is a fast-paced role where you cannot be afraid to be put in at the deep end. If you are a confident communicator and able to work off your own initiative, then this could be the perfect role for you.
About the client:
Our client are a leading wholesaler of designer fragrance, cosmetics and haircare based in the United Kingdom. Founded in 2016 the company has grown rapidly, expanding its product range and the fabulous team that support us. As an organisation they want to ensure the customers receive only the best in customer service, so are looking for people who are keen to deliver the high standard that they pride themselves on.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect and generate leads using our database or research / network
· Consistently build and identify new business opportunities
· Research and analyse sales opportunities
· Cold calling as a way to build leads
· Maximise commercial opportunities; build a pipeline for new business, upsell and cross sell new products
· Identify special offers, price them correctly per client and present the client with the offer
· Organise meetings with clients, work with each client individually and strategically
· Build rapport and maintain successful and ongoing sales relationships with clients
· Provide efficient support and guidance to clients in a timely manner, recommending solutions to any problems
· Forecast, meet and exceed where possible, monthly sales targets and KPIs
· Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
· Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the Commercial Director by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
· Develop a deep understanding of market trends such as product inflation etc.
· Analyse competitors and compare pricing
· Analyse sales information to understand trends
· International travel on an ad hoc basis to attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
· Other ad-hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business
Requirements:
· High levels of drive and motivation to succeed

· Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
· A real problem solver, constantly seeking solutions
· A positive, confident and determined approach
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferable technical skills:
· Previous B2B experience, 3 – 5+ years' of sales experience
· Good Microsoft Office skills
· A good understanding of the sales cycle
· The desire and aptitude to learn and understand AFL’s product
* Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
