We are seeking a passionate candidate who is looking for an experienced Sales Executive who is looking for the next step in their sales career for a role which is a mix of Account Management and Sales. This is a fast-paced role where you cannot be afraid to be put in at the deep end. If you are a confident communicator and able to work off your own initiative, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
50% Sales Account Management Responsibilities:
· Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters, including timely and successful delivery of orders according to customer needs.
· Sales order processing
· Identify special offers, price them correctly per client and present the client with the offer.
· Adhoc administration tasks
· Customer tenders
· Build rapport and maintain successful and ongoing sales relationships with clients
· Forecast, meet and exceed where possible, monthly sales targets and KPIs
· Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
· Monthly sales reports
· Develop a deep understanding of market trends such as product inflation etc.
· International travel on an ad hoc basis to attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings

50% Business Development Responsibilities:
· Prospect and generate leads using our database or research / network
· Consistently build and identify new business opportunities
· Arrange meetings/calls with prospective customers.
· Cold calling to build leads and open new accounts
· Maximise commercial opportunities

Technical Skills:
· Previous B2B experience
· Good Microsoft Office skills
· A good understanding of the sales cycle
· The desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Company's products
· A positive, confident and determined approach
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
