My client offers standard and bespoke design solutions to the Construction, Civil Engineering, Utilities, Bridging and Infrastructure sectors.
Their Environmental Monitoring division is expanding and offers substantial potential for growth in what is now a critically important solution within their total solutions portfolio.
About the role
My client is offering full on the job training so you will work closely with the National Monitoring Sales Manager and the wider company sales team. You will attend supervised customer visits and integrate with Engineers and Installation teams.
In addition, the company will provide Technical, Sales and Systems training to ensure you gain a thorough and professional grounding in both Environmental solutions and the industries you will be selling to.
Reporting into the National Monitoring Sales Manager, the role will evolve into a field-based Sales position focusing on growing business specifically for Environmental & Structural Monitoring solutions across the North or South. You will be working with Regional Sales Managers to identify, develop, drive and support the revenue opportunities whether it be from existing, lapsed or new customers.
Key attributes & experience required:
* Ambitious, enthusiastic, driven and hungry to learn and develop
* A naturally outgoing, sociable and engaging character with experience in a customer facing role
* A keen desire and passion for a Sales career
* A collaborative team player
* Fully IT literate across Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
* A competent and articulate communicator
* Experienced in creating and delivering presentations
* A technical aptitude or qualification, or the ability to absorb Technical information
* A full and preferably clean driving licence
* Minimum A level qualification/Degree preferred
* Some Sales experience is ideal but not essential
This is a great role for those with limited experience but who can demonstrate absolute energy, drive, tenacity, strong engagement & communication skills. This role is an entry to a Field Sales career with development opportunities through the organisation.
