We are looking for Nightshift Transport Supervisor 4 x 12 hour night shifts (on a 4-on, 4-off pattern) to supervise the overall activities of the Transport Desk to ensure all vehicle departures, driver’s paperwork, and any last-minute changes in requirements are handled in an efficient manner.

The main duties will include:

* Ensuring drivers have the correct paperwork when departing the depot

* Checking the completion of all drivers paperwork on their return to depot

* Data inputting as per transport departments requirements

* Preparing and checking drivers paperwork

* Ensuring vehicles leave the depot at the designated time

* Ensuring drivers are legal before they depart the depot

* Ensure Health and Safety is observed

* Undertake security checks around the depot

You need to be a team player. You must be computer literate and have an understanding of working in a busy transport environment.

You will be working from 18:00 to 06:00 or 20:00 to 08:00
