Role: Technical Sales Support
Location: Iver
Salary: £20-24k per annum

ITSS Recruitment are currently working in partnership with an expanding technology company who specialise in creating award-winning LED lighting products for photographers and filmmakers. The expansion to the team is due to increased web order traffic as a result of Covid.

This job would suit someone who has worked for a key photographic retailer, can demonstrate accurate and supportive customer sales support, strong admin skills in invoicing via quickbooks.

The ideal person will:
* Have experience and in-depth photography knowledge and understands the importance and application of LED lighting, passionate about photography, is engaging and can clearly guide customers.
* Provide 'sales support' to the international sales team and process orders daily, being able to manage invoicing using accounting software quickbooks to process orders, take payment and liaise with UK and USA warehouse to ensure goods get processed.
* Handle online customer enquiries often detailed technical matters, provide detailed technical support to guide customers, direct customers to training assets, help to close business and up-sell goods that can assist the customer in their creative endeavours. You will be articulate with excellent writing skills. A passion for handling technical photography lighting questions from customers on line.
* Assist management with the development of any technical training resources for internal and external use. You will assist internal staff with any training needed on the products and go out and support training to dealers or customers as needed from time to time. Be very capable of demonstrating the product professionally.
* Be detailed in your approach and have bags of gumption. You will be able to demonstrate your skills from previous positions held.
* Will work as part of a team but handle individual responsibility.
* Have excellent attention to detail.
