My client are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative at there Iver Depot, this is no warehouse robot or pigeon-holed labourer; it’s a building block for our teamwork and success.

This company are a go-to industry leader in temporary works engineering and equipment hire.

Without accurate and timely equipment orders, cutting-edge projects don’t get moving and safety requirements aren’t met.

What drives our team isn’t micromanaging and proverbial whip-wielding; it’s communicating, training, and supporting.

Are you…?

·         Experienced in plant – high-volume work involving heavy equipment…?

·         Used to paperwork – counting and checking, working with numbers and checklists…?

·         Comfortable with just-in-time work and changing deadlines…?

·         Someone who’s calm and composed but focused and never shy of a task…?

With this position you’ll have a clear remit and a permanent position.

The future is yours to create, whether it’s stable, enjoyable work in this role, or a desire to learn and perhaps later diversify towards something new.

Part of a team and paired with a mentor, you’ll get to grips with metal construction equipment – from paper checking to forklift loading.

You’ll be trained in all our mechanised equipment but if you offer FLT or welding experience already, great.
