Administrator / Coordinator £28k Slough + other locations – Immediate start – Shift Work, Driving licence essential
Due to expansion we are now looking for more enthusiastic Administrators/ Coordinators, ideally from an events, retail, hospitality or promotions background or someone who is used to early starts and shifts and doesn't mind travelling to locations within 1-2 hrs of Slough. (yes that could mean getting up at 4am to be onsite for 6am) including the occasional trip overseas
Our client is providing Covid19 testing and medical protocol services to the film and media industry and needs adaptable administrators to join the team.
Working in a fast-paced and often demanding environment you will need bags of energy and enthusiasm that you can sustain over sometimes long shifts (which you will get well in advance)
Due to the novel nature of the services provided, there is the need to flex, adapt and change, sometimes at short notice, so we need people who can think on their feet and are not a "this is not in my job description" type.
You need to be a people person. You will be dealing with a variety of people from production, catering and cleaning crews, through to medical staff, laboratory staff, and possibly the odd celebrity. You will have to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) as you will be privy to medical check information and what goes on behind the scenes of filming.
As this role is people focussed we are looking for a bit of bounce, charisma and enthusiasm in all that you do. Even when that's mundane data input!
The role will include:
Coordinating the collection and delivery of swabs and test results to and from labs
Data input of test dates, results and re-test schedules
Liaising with medical staff and Project Managers to ensure inventory is maintained at workable levels
Maintaining records and ensuring GDPR compliance and confidentiality
Liaising with film industry personnel and associated support functions to ensure tests are completed to standard operating procedures
Any tasks required as demanded by changes in requirementsYou will need:
Exceptional people skills
A flexible and adaptable, "think on your feet" approach
Good organisation and administration skills
Good IT literacy
A full UK driving licence and own transportThis role will be based either at Pinewood Studios, Slough, or Bray Studios although this role is for the on location filiming which could include locations around the country or abroad
You will work 5 out of 7 days on an 8 or 10 hour basis. This will include some weekends, some early starts and some late finishes
Would suit: Events Administrator, Events Management, Events Coordinator, F&B Manager (Food & Beverage Manager), Bar Manager, Project Administrator, Hotel Administrator, Administrator, Festival Organiser.
You will be required to take a swab test prior to starting work and be ready to start within the next 2 weeks.
