Buying Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Buying Administrator to join our client based in Iver.
The Buying Administrator will be responsible for:
Assisting the buying team to achieve maximum efficiency.
Maintaining live purchase order breakdowns through liaising with suppliers
Accurately and efficiently pulling data and running various reports to assist with purchasing analysis using Excel.
Assisting with monitoring shipments and deliveries through daily PO review meeting with Buyer and Junior Buyer
Sending out all relevant documents to suppliers
Building relationships with suppliers to ensure a constant flow of communication
The Buying Administrator will have:
Strong administration experience
Strong and confident communicator
High levels of attention to detail
Great ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
Ability to prioritise workload
Intermediate Excel skills including V-Look ups
