My client is looking to recruit a Telecoms Installation Engineer/Advisor to join their growing team based in High Wycombe.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful Telecoms Installation Engineer/Advisor will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a range of IP/PBX systems, throughout the UK. The role will consist of the following:

* Site surveys.

* Termination and installation of Cat 5E/6.

* Install, programme and commission IP/PBX telephone systems.

* Train customers on use of systems.

* Obtain customer acceptance and sign off upon successful installation.

* Maintain and troubleshoot system faults as required on customer sites.

* Quality checks.

* To provide accurate and prompt reporting.

* Liaise with and update other departments.

Candidate must have a good knowledge and understanding of IP Telephony and possess a proven track record with an extensive. Candidates must have a high attention to detail and be able to work to and meet tight deadlines. A flexible approach to the working day is imperative.

In return you will be given a competitive starting salary of between £30,000-£35,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus bonus &commission, a company vehicle, staff bonuses, holiday incentives and an exception training and personal development plan.
