A Support Worker opportunity is available working in a supported living service. You will be working with adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. As the Support Worker, you will encouraging the residents to make their own choices, supporting them with light cleaning and cooking duties and taking part in a range of activities.
The role is offering 37.5 hours a week, is days only and is based at High Wycombe.

Provide a person-centred approach at all times
Protect the service users at all times
Give guidance to the service users and promote independence

Salary: £9 – £9.60 per hour DOE/age
Role: Full-time (Permanent), days only 37.5 hour contract
