Support Workers urgently required for a young adult's transitional service. You will be supporting their journey from a residential setting into a supported living environment, providing them with 24/7 support.
You will need to have experience supporting vulnerable adults with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, challenging behaviour, personal care and encouraging independence.
Shift Available: Days, Waking Nights, Sleep-ins

Responsibilities for the Support Worker:
Supporting vulnerable adults with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, challenging behaviour, personal care and encouraging independence.
Working closely with vulnerable adults, staff, families, and other relevant professionals
Following service users care plans closely
Consistently promoting independence to service users
Requirements for the Support Worker:
Enhanced Adult DBS on the Update Service is Essential
Experience working with vulnerable adults with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, challenging behaviour, personal care and encouraging independence.
Encouraging and supportive attitude
Location – High Wycombe (and surrounding areas)
Salary:
£9.50 – £11.50
