BDS are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager in High Wycombe.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
• Supported or retirement housing
• Liaising with external providers
• Assessing potential tenants
• Health and Safety checks of the building

You will also report repairs and complete Health and Safety Checks and be in charge of the running of the Scheme as a whole and will need to deliver a constant high service at all times.

Hours are 35 per week Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm. Salary of £24,752 per annum.
This is a permanent position to start ASAP.
