Residential Home Manager (Elderly and Dementia care)
Location – High Wycombe
Salary – £60,000

Remit

Compass Associates are proud to be working with an established care provider to recruit for a Registered Manager for one of their medium sized homes situated in the High Wycombe area. The home provides residential care for elderly service users, some of which are living with various stages of dementia. My client is ideally looking for an experienced home manager that can demonstrate that they are a strong leader to provide leadership with the team. My client is also interested in turnaround manager due to this services needing a lot of attention As the manager in this home, in addition to supporting and developing the team you're leading, you will be required to focus on providing a high quality of person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, whilst ensuring there is a sound financial performance.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience managing a residential home and be able to lead and inspire a team. My client is not only looking for someone with previous home management experience in a residential home, but also someone that is able to evidence a strong CQC knowledge and good leadership skills, as well as a passion for dementia care.

Requirements

Home Manager Experience – Elderly care
Turnaround experience is essential
Proven track record of Good CQC reports
Passion for elderly care, with a hands-on approach
Experience of networking locally and marketing a home to the private sector
NVQ Level 5 qualified

Location

This role is based in the High Wycombe area and is commutable from Maidenhead, Slough, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Oxford, Aylesbury and the surrounding areas.

Summary

My client is seeking a Turnaround Home Manager who has run successful Residential Home for the elderly, the right candidate will need to be able to lead and inspire a team and develop the service further. In exchange my client is offering a salary of £60,000 pa.
