All Care have an exciting opportunity as part of a Domiciliary Care Company in our High Wycombe branch. All Care are looking for a new member of our On-Call Care Coordinating Team covering various shifts during the week and on the weekend in the office or at home.
As part of our on-call team, you will be extremely organised and an enthusiastic individual who prides themselves on excellent customer service skills for both clients and staff.
This position is ideal for a Care Coordinator or Office Administrator seeking an opportunity to work weekends only, and full training is provided.
Previous experience would be desired; however, as stated above, full training is provided. Therefore, basic IT skills are essential.
Applicants must:
· Have an excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and be professional at all times
· Excellent written and spoken English, liaising with our clients, their families and our carers.
· Clear DBS
· Experience in administration, planning and organisational skills
· Have an understanding or experience in the domiciliary care industry.
· Ability to work under pressure and cope with change
· Logical thought processes, calm and patient
Duties:
· Rostering care visits, keeping up with changes in the event of sickness and communicate all changes
· Smooth day to day running of the office at the weekends
· Answering all incoming phone calls and dealing with queries in a prompt and efficient manner
· Be an organised individual who can manage multiple tasks
Working Patterns:
· Weekday evenings from 5 pm up until 10 pm
· Saturday starting from 7 am up until 10 pm (Various shifts)
· Sunday starting from 7 am up until 10 pm (Various shifts)
· Friday 5 pm – Monday 9am
