I am working with a fantastic elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager for a nursing home / care home in the High Wycombe area. Commutable from High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Maidenhead, Marlow, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Hemel Hempstead, Thame, Reading etc.

I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage and develop a wonderful nursing home. The home is a bright, modern home with a 'Good' CQC rating and a very good reputation within the local area.

The care home / nursing home requires a hands on Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Nursing Home Manager candidates should be a registered nurse / RGN. Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care.

Our client is looking to develop this home and to ensure wonderful, high levels of care are delivered at all times

Requirements:
RGN / RMN Nurse qualification preferred
Strong care home management / nursing home management skills
Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
Strong CQC knowledge
Experience of managing compliant care homes
