Female Health Care Assistant
First Option Healthcare is a healthcare provider with a good reputation for providing quality care to patients in their own home. We manage a vast number of packages across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Norfolk
We are currently looking for compassionate Female Health Care Assistants (HCA) to join our growing team in High Wycombe. This is a permanent position that supports one client, ensuring they receive the best level of care possible.
Location: High Wycombe
Pay rate: £12.00 to £16.00 per hour
Shifts Times: Monday to Sunday
Day / Nights / Weekends

* Physical and Clinical Needs
About the work
* Caring for patients in their own home
* Learning to use complex care equipment and carry out complex care procedures
* Building rapport with families
* Administering medication
* Manual handling of the patients
Requirements
* 6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant
* Challenging Behaviour Training essential
* Must be a driver
* Flexible, reliable, trustworthy and friendly.
* A willingness to improve the lives of your patients
* Superb awareness and attention to detail
* Desire to go above and beyond to create a comfortable environment
* Able to meet compliance requirements including a valid DBS (on the update service) and a minimum of two high-quality references
