Director of Estates – Healthcare – High Wycombe – £70,000 + Car allowance

My client is recruiting for an experienced Director of Estates.

Skills required
*Experience in the management of Healthcare facilities.
*Previous experience of PFi contracts to support service delivery
*Strong leadership/ Man management experience
*Experience of management a complex estates portfolio
*Compliance training for complex facilities.
*HSEQ Training-IOSH or NEBOSH general certificate
*Ideally you will have a professional institution membership/ Chartered engineer e.g, IHEEM, RICS , CIOB or a Degree in engineering.
*Ideally hold a CSCS card

Full clean driving licence is required for this post
