As a deputy you will

Focus on Home’s state and Home’s maintenance

Focus on General/Global Care provided

Direct Work with Young People

Support Registered Manager in all duties

Responsible for Rota

Supervises Support Staff

Attends RCH Management Meetings

Attends Management related meetings with Registered Manager

Point of Contact, with Registered Manager, for External Agencies not directly involved in YP’s Care

Assume Registered Manager responsibilities in their absence and by delegation

Assume Social Worker responsibilities in their absence
