Childrens Deputy Manager

£29,000 PA including sleep ins shifts

Better Healthcare currently have amazing opportunities for childrens deputy managers for various services in High Wycombe.

We are looking for our childrens deputy managers to have the confidence and know how to support their team. The cihildrens deputy manager will be fully involved in the running of the home and will follow the same rota pattern as the team which will include 3 sleep ins per week.

You will be able to demonstrate:

A sound day to day knowledge of managing busy services

An empathetic and understanding approach to both service users and staff team

An up to date understanding of OFSTED

Computer Literate

Experience in managing local authority contracts

Experience in completing risk assessments

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Team Player
