BDS are currently working recruiting for Deputy Care Manager based in High Wycombe.
Our Client supports adults with learning disabilities across the region and are passionate about supporting and ensuring that their service users are at the centre of what they do.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the home provides and maintains the highest levels of support and services.
Monitor and manage high-quality person-centred support.
Ensure tha teach individual’s needs are fully met.
Monitor and manage all administration requirements within the home.
Work in a multi-disciplinary setting to ensure that Best Interests are identified for each individual and plans are established.
The Ideal Candidate:
·Experience of supervising and line managing staff
Experience of working with CQC registered services
Understanding of Safeguarding procedures
Experience of working with those with learning disabilities and/or autism
This role is temp to perm.
The hours are full time
