Are you an experienced and ambitious manager of clinical services in either social care or acute care? Are you seeking a stepping stone to a General Manager’s role but in an organisation with an enviable track record in providing contemporary nursing care?

Royal Star & Garter is a charity that provides award-winning care for veterans and their partners who live with disability or dementia, in state-of-the-art homes.

In our purpose-built home in High Wycombe, we provide specialist nursing, dementia and therapeutic care, together with a varied and engaging programme of activities, which enable residents to remain independent and enjoy life whilst keeping in touch with the traditions of the Armed Forces.

As Clinical Care Manager you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and professional guidance to all care staff. You will work closely with the Home Manager and Dementia Manager in the general management of all services and in the development of current and new services such as Day Care and Services for Young Veterans.

You will :
