A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, organised and efficient Care Coordinator to join our team!
The role of the Care Coordinator is crucial within the branch to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care across the areas we cover. To be suitable for this opportunity you must have experience working within the care sector and as a domiciliary care coordinator.

Hours: 09:00am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday + On-Call rota
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay rate: Up to £24,000 to £26,000 + On-Call payments + £500 Welcome Bonus

Responsibilities:
Organise and coordinate weekly rotas and Care Services
Ensure that the care worker rotas are organised and sufficiently well planned to take into account travel time and routes
Liaise with the Recruitment Officer to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels
Plan and allocate care assignments to appropriate care workers, with due regard for the particular needs of the individual and the skills and attributes of the worker
Dealing with queries from clients and families in a calm and professional manner.
Carry out on-call coordinating and response duties outside normal office hours as agreed.
What you will need.
Full drivers licence & access to your own vehicle
Must have experience working within Adult care, within a Care Coordinator role for a minimum of 2 years
Experience in delivering and managing care support services
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritise workloads
Reliable and flexible.
You must have excellent communication skills
Ability to be patient and keep calm under pressure.
