My client is looking for a Trainee Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their busy high end showroom in High Wycombe. Known as Sales Experts, you will be highly-valued from day one, and trained to a very high standard, to ensure that you are representing the company in a positive and quality focussed way.

Responsible for securing sales by providing excellent product knowledge, asking open and relevant questions to gather information about the potential purchase, and providing the customer with what they need, as opposed to what you can get them to buy, this is a quality not quantity focussed customer facing sales role. Full training provided.

The client is a family owned and run business, with over 50 years industry experience. They are a fair and just employer with an incredible reputation in the market.

If you have…:
– experience of dealing with customers (not necessarily in retail)
– warehouse and or trade counter experience that would be fab
– an outgoing and fun personality
– the ability to approach and question a customer to secure a sale

(Candidate must have 1-2 years work experience to be considered!)
