UK Parking Control have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join their team based in Wooburn Green.
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Wooburn Green
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 depending on experience
This role is within the Commercial team at UK Parking Control Ltd (UKPC) and aims to maximise the effectiveness of the Parking Management Consultants by generating high quality leads, providing campaign support and contacting leads provided by the Parking Management Consultants. This will be a targeted role and regular training will be required.
Telesales Executive – Key Responsibilities:
– Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales team with the emphasis on high quality leads (calls will be monitored)
– Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
– Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the Parking Management Consultants
– Identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already a client of UKPC
– Manage the CRM database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
– Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives
– Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
– Create good working relationships with Parking Management Consultant team and Data Analyst
– Attend monthly meetings and strategy sessions with Commercial Team to update information and plan for new business
– Liaise effectively with all departments within UKPC to ensure customer requirements are met
– Partake in regular training to understand new campaign strategies
– Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practise Ideas
Telesales Executive – You:
– Computer literate/keyboard skills
– At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telesales role within the parking industry
– Excellent telephone skills
– High degree of accuracy
– Demonstrated ability to prioritise issues
– Must be able to deal with technical product information
– Ability to adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working
– Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
– Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
– Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels both inside and outside the organisation
– Self-motivated
– Must have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt on instruction to changes in strategic direction immediately
– Achievement orientated and target driven
– Ability to use own initiative
– Ability to perform effectively when there are pressure peaks
– Over achiever
