Due to opportunities available in the market we are reorganising our Internal Sales team and are recruiting a Team Leader which will be based at our offices in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be working as part of and be responsible for the company's Internal Sales team and would have a business winning mentality. A technical mindset and internal sales management experience that can demonstrate their skills and experience at all levels is a requirement.

Team Leader
Manage, develop, and be responsible for the Internal Sales Team, driving efficiency and sales growth, also setting and ensuring agreed sales targets are achieved
Review, analyse and action data/ reports to inform department decisions and goals. Daily, weekly and monthly analysis reports to be produced.
Be responsible for the running, reporting, allocation of and analyse external and our CRM system to identify new leads and opportunities, and to make appointments with key decision makers.
Department KPI setting, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring targets are met and setting action plans where required
Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings and regular review meetings.
Ensure that CRM records are maintained and kept up to date by each team member, motivating your teams to follow best practice and enhance the customer experience
Recruit, train and develop new and existing staff, and deal with any staff performance or disciplinary issues
Drive your own product knowledge and push this culture and mentality through the team
Provide cross departmental support with cover on telephones, emails, or any special projectsDepartmental
React to inbound sales enquiries to understand customer requirements and add to the CRM This includes reviewing M&E specifications/ schedules, checking of drawings and technical specifications, and obtaining any missing information from the customer
Use bespoke software and supporting documents to select correct products and/ or services for quotations (full training would be provided)
Produce and issue quotations, project proposals, fan schedules, Bill of Materials, take-offs, and information packs in a timely manner
Produce and revise designs in AutoCAD MEP and Revit
Proactively follow up existing leads and new business opportunities
Work in tandem with the field Specification Teams to manage the quotation process, win projects and secure orders, and provide admin support working on shared sales targets
Develop and maintain customer relationships with M&E Consultants, Contractors / Installers, House Builders and Resellers to increase selling opportunities and instil customer confidence in the Airflow product range
Continual personal development including gaining product knowledge and upsellingAdditional Ad-Hoc Duties:
Deputise in the absence of the Client Services Manager
Cover during periods of absence and annual leave
Attend exhibitions as and when required by the company including weekendsSales | Team Leader | Business Development | Internal Sales | Inside Sales
Essential Skills
Personal Qualities:

Customer Service focus and the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues both by phone and emailQualifications/ Knowledge:
Fluent English, both spoken and written is essential
Suitable / transferable A Levels, Graduate Degree, or Vocational Qualification or sufficient experience to demonstrate ability
Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required
Strong, demonstrable working knowledge of CRM systemsSkills:
Demonstrable Management and Leadership skills
Ability to organise, plan and prioritise tasks for own workload and that of the team, with the flexibility to change priorities
Strong listening skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data and being able to communicate this effectively both verbally and in writing to the target audience
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues

Can demonstrate coaching and mentoring abilitiesExperience:
At least one years' experience in a similar Team Leader role
At least three years' experience in an Internal Sales role
Commercial Awareness
Experience in technical sales support would be beneficial, however having a technical background is requiredBenefits
