Beauty Store Manager

High Wycombe

c£26,000.00 basic, realistic OTE from £31,000

plus opportunity to earn bonus, commission and incentives

A Store Manager is required for Hunters’ client, a highly successful family business within the beauty industry. OTE is excellent and realistic, there is a 20% store discount, plus theire are no weekends.

What are we looking for?

An exceptional store manager with strong retail, or similar management experience to join the team at High Wycombe.

You will be in charge of business development, using your experience to drive sales and ensure maximum profitability. You will have full operational accountability, taking charge of stock, cash handling and overseeing all aspects of the business to achieve targets.

You will also be leading a team of 4 key staff, inspiring and developing them to achieve outstanding results and deliver on our Company vision '"every customer will recommend us".

An excellent work/life balance, something that we, as a Company value. Closed on Bank Holidays, trading 9.00am – 6.00pm, with late opening until 7:30pm on Monday and Saturday and Sunday 10.00am – 2.00pm.
