Overview:
Following the successful acquisition of a Key Customer Account operating within communications sector, my client is looking to recruit a sale manager who would be responsible to lead and deliver the commercial and operational expectations of the account. Reporting to, and working, alongside the Sales Director and various senior personnel within the Key account, the successful candidate would be responsible for all aspects of managing this account including leading and managing a 5 person Field and internal Sales Team.
Specific:
* To lead and manage the Internal and Field Sales Team to deliver agreed company and Client campaign KPIs alongside the strategic development of the company's Strategic and Promotional offer, with responsibility for delivery of Operational KPIs
* To deliver business revenue growth within the Key Customer Account across the full range of the company product and service range
* To deliver new business revenue targets within a portfolio of existing and new customers across the full range of my clients Active tactical services
* To analyse review and recommend any relevant improvement plans to enhance the effectiveness of the operation
* To ensure the Field Sales Team is fully resourced, trained and equipped in line with Client objectives
* Ensure flawless end to end execution from recruitment to implementation
* Plan, ensuring operational standards are delivered on time and in full against KPIs
* To deliver a fully integrated service for the Client by ensuring that all the different roles within the internal and Field Sales Team are focussed on delivering the same core objectives in an efficient and effective way
* To drive relevant and expert solutions, efficiencies and value add to the Client operation ensuring Ignite are a critical and integrated partner within the Key Customer Accounts
SKILLS EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Client & Sales Management – experience of presenting services to Clients at Board level
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent operating at Snr level
* Demonstrable skills in the following areas Strong understanding of retail and the technology sectors
* Demonstrable experience of selling and Leadership
* Flexible effectiveness
* People Management – experience in leading field sales and marketing teams
* Strong analytical and IT skills specifically Excel
* UK driving licence and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational and operational skills
