Sales Support Executive – IT Solution Provider
Office/Home based
£25000-£35000 + OTE + Bens
Specialist Solution Provider are looking to add to their sales support team and currently require a Sales Support Executive who has experience working within the IT industry to join the team and work in conjunction with the top sales Account Managers within the business.
The Sales Support Executive role will give you the opportunity to upsell and cross sell a full product range of hardware and software products working with the leading distributors in the market. No one day will be the same and the successful Sales Support Executive must demonstrate 1st class organisational skills to adapt to the ever changing daily challenges
Other elements of the role will include:
Dealing with supplies enquiries and ensuring all data is recorded on the CRM system.
Attending regular meetings with the sales team, ensuring you are aware of all new product launches.
Working effectively with other divisions of the business including warehouse, admin and marketing.
An administration element will naturally form a large part of the duties ensuring quotes are submitted, orders are processed, and any queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Specific training will be given, but knowledge selling Microsoft, HP , Cisco and VM Ware would make you a front runner for the post.
