Sales Support Executive – High Wycombe (Currently Remote)

Salary £25k – £32K + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Executive experienced with excellent communicating skills to join an innovative IT Solutions Specialist. The Sales Support Executive will allow you to work closely with the IT distribution channels therefore experience in the IT world is essential. As a Sales Support Executive you will posses excellent organisation skills, communication skills and be computer literate. You will provide and answers to client queries, accurate quotations, and reports. You will negotiate to achieve high margins and identify upselling opportunities.

Sales Support Executive Duties include;

Administrative duties, including quotations, orders, and processing.
Liaising with the sales team and providing after care to deliver an excellent customer journey.
Dealing with all elements of the sales cycle including dealing with vendors, customers, and the sales team to enable to maximise sales and profits
Maintain to up to date records on the CRM system and to include accurate dates for renewals
Identify opportunities to upsell
A flexible approach and team player to support other areas not within your job role
IT Literate using and understanding Microsoft licensing and cloud-based products
Daily reports of stock and restocking In order to be considered as a Sales Support Executive;

Have Fantastic organisation skills
Experience with online portals and systems
Sales support experience and the ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service and communication skills
IT literate in Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience of QuoteWerks and Hubspot would be an advantage
