Sales Channel Coordinator, High Wycombe, £30,000pa – £35,000pa plus benefits:
Our client has been at the forefront of technological innovation for over 60 years, leading the way within scientific instrumentation and research tools. Due to an internal promotion, they're now looking to recruit a Sales Channel Coordinator to provide a key sales coordination and administration support. This is an incredibly exciting role, supporting a high performing global sales operation. The role would perfectly suit someone who enjoys having customer interaction and bringing together lots of moving parts to deliver first class products within agreed timescales.
The Role:
As an Sales Channel Coordinator you will be the main interface between OEM partners, field sales management, Product Development, Operations and Commercial departments. A high level of coordination and communication skills are required to bring keep all parties up to date with the status of orders. Other duties include:
Expediter/interface for Global Sales Managers, OEM product and delivery enquiries into factory
Managing Orders for B2B configurations
Creating Estimates for new partner configurations
Tracking and manage pricing and configurations
Management of Global OEM demo & application lab stock Coordinating the preparation for Exhibitions About You:
The Sales Channel Coordinator will ideally have the following skill/attributes:
Educated to degree level in a numerate discipline would be desirable
Experience with CRM and business information systems
Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate at multiple levels in external and internal organisations
Commercial financial skills. Basic understanding of revenue and margin and preparation of business cases
Customer focused with demonstrable skills driving projects through to conclusion
Fully competent with Microsoft Office PowerPoint/Word/Excel Benefits for the Sales Channel Coordinator:
