Sales and Customer Service Assistant
We are recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Assistant in our High Wycombe head office / warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience within a sales administration environment as well as clerical experience. We are looking for a keen and reliable employee who can demonstrate a professional work ethic within a growing organisation.
Sales and Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:
• Sales order processing in a timely fashion
• Process customer invoices in a correct and timely fashion
• Accurately pulling data and running various reports to assist with business functioning using excel
• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Dealing with customer orders, queries, and complaints
• Maintaining product pricing
• Accurately maintaining filling of sales related documents
• Assist in debt management on customer accounts
• Maintain digital platforms
• Assist Supplies and Finance Assistant Manager with month end processes
• Maintain product price lists
• Build relationships with new customers using voice and digital platforms
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• General office administration duties
• Provide product quotes to customers
Sales and Customer Service Assistant Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills including: communication, reliability and a positive can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of MS Office functions
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Valid UK Driving License
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Ability to self-motivate and prioritise tasks to deliver a high standard
• Taking ownership to ensure situation is resolved efficiently and effectively
• Must be able to achieve a minimum of level 2 security clearance for delivery to HM Government contracts, this will include police and financial background checks

Location: High Wycombe
Job type: Permanent, Full Time, 08:30-5:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 per annum depending on experience
