Our client, a leading Business Services Provider, is seeking an experienced, driven sales professional with a passion for sales, a high level of technical ability, and a demonstrated impressive sales performance to join their Sales team in the position of National Sales Manager.
As Nationwide Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the national sales team exceed expectations and targets, as well as providing guidance and support to the team and their development
Key Responsibilities will include :
* You will be responsible for ensuring the sales team achieving their targets on a monthly and annual basis.
* You will be responsible for the day to day management of the sales team ensuring all opportunities are captured and managed within the company CRM database.
* You will work closely with the Director’s to create and execute a sales strategy.
* You will build your own individual sales pipeline by contacting by telephone a large number of new and existing customers.
* You will arrange meetings, presentations and marketing plans.
* You will liaise with internal departments to create bespoke proposals for clients
* You will ensure that maximum activity and market penetration is being achieved by the sales team.
Required Skills:
To succeed you will need to be a tenacious, outgoing, confident individual with great communication skills and a friendly approach.
* You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years sales management experience
* You will have a proven track record of managing a sales team and developing sales individuals
* You will be able to demonstrate strong management practices
* You must be target orientated.
* You will be used to generating new business
* You’ll enjoy representing the firm and engaging with our customers.
* You’ll be energetic and enthusiastic and able to think on your feet.
* You will be a tenacious individual who’s determined to succeed and who strives hard to exceed your daily goals.
* You will be ambitious with a strong desire to learn and improve your performance
* You will thrive under pressure and enjoy inter-company competition.
* You will be computer literate (MS Office) and have excellent written and numerical skills.
* You’ll be looking to progress within the company and build a successful long-term career.
As the position is working with the national sales team you should hold a full UK driving license and also be able to spend 2 days a week at the head office in Buckinghamshire
Salary £50,000 basic and £70,000 OTE plus Company Car Allowance
