Due to continued expansion our client, a market leader is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated and ambitious Key Account Manager to complement their growing team.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, responsibilities will include;
* Network, contact and present to clients
* Research and build relationships with clients
* Gain a detailed knowledge of internal systems and understand how this product can be implemented to meet the requirements of the client
* Project manage the implementation of numerous site systems at any one time with the assistance of a Client Account Manager
* Contribute to the solution/service/cost structure
* Focus on growing and developing existing clients
* Provide detailed management information reports to clients and the Executive Team as and when required
* Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service
* Carry out analysis and produce client reports on an as and when required basis
* Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
* Anticipating key account changes and improvements
* Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
* Strategic planning to improve client results
* Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in an account management role, be credible and confident, display exceptional organisational skills together with a corporate and professional approach to work at all times. You will demonstrate the ability to multi task effectively and prioritise a heavy workload in order to meet strict deadlines.
