Internal Account Manager / Sales Executive, High Wycombe based.
Up to £26,000 base salary plus uncapped earning potential and great career development.
We are working with a hugely successful, creative and stylish business who are in a position to expand their team of Internal Sales professionals. Working with a national client base we are seeking highly motivated, driven and outgoing candidates to bring their skills to this business that has been established in the Wycombe area for over 30 years.
Independently owned by the founder, who thrives in providing a first class level of customer service at all times and due to a loyal client base they are in a fortunate position where the phones are constantly ringing with customer orders and additional requests. They are looking for proven candidates with strong Account Management and negotiation skills to join their team.
Candidates will ideally need/have:
* Proven background in sales.
* Face to Face sales experience.
* The ability to negotiate.
* A confident and smart telephone manner.
* Strong Customer Service skills.
* The ability to learn about new products.
* Selling at the customers budget and needs.
