Inside Sales Coordinator, High Wycombe, £30,000pa – £35,000pa plus bonus and benefits:
Our client has been at the forefront of technological innovation for over 60 years, leading the way within scientific instrumentation and research tools. Due to natural growth, they're now looking to recruit an Inside Sales Coordinator to cover and support their Northern European territories. This is an incredibly exciting role, which is an ideal opportunity for a new graduate wishing to enter sales, or for an experienced sales professional to play a major role in growing a crucial revenue-generating territory for this cutting-edge business.
The Role:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator you will promote and sell a service portfolio (including service contracts, software and training), developing and implementing a strategic sale and marketing plan to ensure achievement of annual sales targets and longer-term growth targets within your territory. You will qualify prospects, manage customer requirements, showing a good understanding of this businesses technologies and applications to support customers, pre, and post sales.
Build and maintain a territory pipeline, provide timely and accurate forecasts, and relevant market reports of sales and KPI's.
Maintain and enter customer contacts, leads, sales and pipeline status in the CRM database.
Assist with the administration of the contracts and services sold. About You:
The successful Inside Sales Coordinator will need to demonstrate a real customer focus, and the ability to work with new and existing customers to offer innovative and profitable solutions across our service portfolio, other key attributes:
Ideally educated to degree level in a science or engineering discipline
Previous sales experience and a good understanding of microscopy and analysis techniques, would be an advantage, but not a requirement
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Able to effectively manage time and responsibilities
Competitive and target driven
Personable, confident, and a willing to drive the sales process
Proactive and highly self-motivated
