PURPOSE OF ROLE
As a Head of Sales Delivery, you will be responsible for both strategic customer success and commercial account management. You will have full responsibility to deliver the sales, operational and commercial KPIs alongside the revenue, margin, retention, growth, and new business development of your Telecoms / Internet client and associated customer channels
In essence a leadership role for the Account Team – package £45-50,000 basic, £6000 car Allowance – a £5k to £10k Team Bonus and additional OTE Bonus of £12k to £18k, if sales are delivered. Total OTE c£80,000
SPECIALIST SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Relevant Telcom or Fibre experience: Proven experience in leading sales teams, driving new alongside expanding organic sales
• Must be able of conducting research and analysing raw data and information
• Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery
• Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams
• Able to collaborate across the organization and with external stakeholders. Cross functional project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrate operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and
improvement, problem solving, communication, delegation, and planning
• Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Experience working with senior & executive level customer contacts
• Excellent Microsoft skills
• Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in a client service/customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Management, Consulting, Strategic Account Management, Business Development
• Advanced communication skills – ability to adopt appropriate business language to translate complex issues into meaningful business. Cross functional nature of role requires the candidate to be able to emphasize, influence and negotiate as required.
Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster honest dialog.
• Be firm and decisive, willing to make unpopular decisions when necessary
• Guide and support others in their development and share knowledge to help inform their choices
• Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
