Here is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established raw materials distribution company based in High Wycombe.
A university graduate with a degree in chemistry or science would be an ideal fit, although not essential. However, previous experience within a customer service environment or sales environment would be an advantage.
Working within a team, and paired with a field based Account Manager, you will be providing sales support to existing and prospective customers within the UK. Full training will be given.
There will be opportunities to progress into sales and/or product management as your role/knowledge develops.
£18K-£22K (D.O.E.) + 10% Bonus
Responsibilities
* Sales order processing and administration, resolving customer delivery issues as well as customer logistics and technical support for a range of customers
* Maintaining and growing existing accounts via outstanding customer service, as well as developing and implementing plans to grow your sales through new development
* Account management – making proactive phone calls/customer visits, selling products against competitors, developing new applications in the Companies’ database
* Developing a business relationship with the buyer (e.g. learning about the business and buying habits of the new account by identifying their technical needs)
